We sell horse supply products, including but not limited to handmade equipment. All products are described as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free.

We currently sell and ship products only within the United States.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically within the United States only.

Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days.

Shipping times may vary based on carrier or location.

5. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item if you are not satisfied.

Returned items must be in good condition.

If something is not right when it arrives, we’ll make it right.

6. Warranties

Every Hay Net Filler is handmade in the U.S. and built to last. While we do not offer a formal extended warranty, we will correct any issues that arise upon delivery or as covered by our satisfaction guarantee.

All website content, branding, product designs, images, and related materials are the exclusive property of Colton Woods Horsemanship LLC and may not be used without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved under Texas jurisdiction.
